Manager Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Receivable:
    • Maintain the Partner Account Executive, Partner Service Manager and Professional Service internal relationships.
    • Lead the CRM/Great Plains integration and monthly billing process.
    • Continuously seek process improvements related to the Billing processes.
    • Implement Professional Service billing process.
    • Responsible for Private label billing/revenue recognition.
    • Oversee all AR/Collections.
    • Implement Collections policy.
    • Conduct monthly/quarterly allowance calculation.
    • Ensure accuracy of posting all Billing/AR entries.
    • Conduct monthly analysis on Billing revenue.
    • Implement online bill pay tool for partners.
    • Document processes.
  • Sales & Use Tax:
    • Conduct calculation review
    • Partner communications.
    • Ensure compliance.
  • Cash Management:
    • Manage the Daily cash reporting.
    • Point of contact for Treasury.
    • Execute review of monthly cash recs.
    • Cash forecasting.
What do I need to qualify?
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance combined with excellent communication skills.
  • 8-10 years of public and/or private accounting experience with at least 3 of those years in a managerial role.
  • Strong accounting skills are imperative to the success of the role.
  • A broad familiarity with contracts including non-standard contracts.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • ERP system experience- (Dynamics GP and Dynamics CRM) is a plus.
